As part of our work with local community projects, we were delighted to be asked for our creative help in supporting the Stroud Sacred Music Festival, a not for profit group supporting and promoting sacred music from all faiths and none.
The 1 day festival would take place once a year during the summer in the local church where people could come and celebrate, dance and join in.
The brief for the logo was to be vibrant and colourful and using a heart shape representing joy and music coming from the heart.
"A gathering of people from many faiths, non-faiths and traditions to celebrate the unity that exists in the heart of humankind." Rev Simon Howell
We designed a logo bringing in the heart shapes around a circle and using oranges and yellows to represent energy and vibrancy. We designed flyers, posters, tickets and a website which the committee can update themselves. From the initial idea and creation in 2015 the festival is going strong and now has plenty of volunteers helping to organise future festivals.
