Our Design Process
STAGE ONE – Brand Consultation
In our first meeting, we will gather information about your business. The more information you can provide on the style, colour and feel you are looking for, the closer we can get at the initial concept stage. This also means doing market research on your competitors in your business sector.
We will spend time researching the field or industry that you are in, this helps us get a sense of the environment the logo's going to live in. Once we have a solid, objective understanding of the field or industry, we understand what you, the client does and who your target audience is.
STAGE TWO – Initial concepts and Variations
After going through various thought processes to establish the visual concept of a given brief we then present the strongest design to you, the client. We also ensure that the logo design will work in various formats and work at various sizes, colour or black and white variations and also as social media icons. We generally only present two or three possibilities that we feel fulfills the client brief.
We present the concepts to you in person or via email using PDFs.
STAGE THREE – Further development on chosen concept
Using the feedback and decisions made from stage one, we can then focus on the one design of your choice. Refining the concept to a design nearer the finished product.
Second meeting or feedback via email.
STAGE FOUR – Final Branding Design
Complete revisions from second meeting, further feedback and revisions until you are happy with the design.
By the end of stage four, the branding and identity is finalised and in a format ready to use for print and web design. We will also provide you with the logo in a format for you to use in all your social media requirements.
